Nisei Week Los Angeles - Little Tokyo 2009

So this weekend, we spent a good amount of time embracing the Japanese-American culture @ Nisei Week Little Tokyo Los Angeles.

It was a weekend filled with Mochi, Green Tea ice cream, Takoyaki, Ramen, Taiko drumming, and all that is Japanese.

This is a have-to see event and everyone must experience it at least once in their lives.

Big-ups to Budamunky of Keentokers / JazzySports.

Doin it mad big in Tokyo. Just sent me a message saying that the Keentokers Album is almost done and should be out for public release in 2010.

So the Knitting Factory Hollywood, CA is closing it's Doors and we decided to Rock It one last time before they do...!!!

Fortunately, I was able to meet with Ivan Ives from NoThresholdRecords and team up to Cut on a few of his songs. The Singles off of his 2009 album "Newspeak" did so well that videos were released, and a tour was added to the Line-up.
